Booya! (thats my new "catch all" greeting). How are you ? I look foward to this interaction ... of people, plants, skies, ideas, and more ... take care
Thanks for the translation! The fiddlehead is exquisite. Have you visited Nathan's blog to see his microphotography? I think you may inspire each other.
I think it is interesting you posted a picture of a fiddle head on you arts blog. Fiddle heads are a great example of the Fibonacci sequence as it occurs in nature. The Fibonacci Numbers and the Golden section have been used by and inspired many artists and architects over the centuries. Classical Greek architecture relied heavily on the Fibonacci numbers. The Parthenon being just one example.
Booya! Thanks for your warm welcome. What amazing pictures! I really like the symmetry inherent in your fiddlehead picture and found it soothing to contemplate nature's intricacies in that perfect little coil. I might try to weasel a copy from you if you are inclined to share...I found chirtie's comments on the Fibonacci Numbers fascinating and would love to hear more. As "Arians" we must "ram" our way with stubborn perserverance to new insights about art, eh what? I tried to be clever and insert a picture of Edvard Munch's "The Scream" to indicate my reluctance to tame the blogging universe (technologically speaking) but apparently do not have enough tech saavy to execute my little whim. Oh well, my pictures will have to be imaginarily conveyed for the time being!

I love that you have embraced the fiddle head and its complexities as a symbol of who you are.

Nice work, I like your background for your blog.
Isn't it amazing how the perfect picture will only ever be around for a matter of moments and rarely do you have your camera in hand.
